Os\u00a0tirabeques\u00a0hai que lavalos,\u00a0cort\u00e1rlle-las puntas e quit\u00e1rlle-los\u00a0f\u00edos laterais, que saen facilmente, como nas xudeas.<\/p>\n<p>-Po\u00f1er a ferver nun cazo, alto, abundante\u00a0auga, sal, unha cebola mediana e unhas gotas de aceite de oliva. Cando a cebola estea case cocida botar os tirabeques e os esp\u00e1rragos coas puntas hac\u00eda arriba.
